I wanted to use drop stitches to create an A-line shape in a sweater. I chose a yarn with a lot of drape for a graceful flattering garment. It's a very wearable sweater that can be worn over a cami or tank or layered over long sleeves.
A seamless short sleeve cardigan knit from the top
down. The round yoke has eyelets marking the
increases. The attached front bands are knit in
ribbing. Flattering A-line shaping is accented with
a dropped stitch pattern.

My design philosophy: My designs are a mixture of traditional and non-traditional elements. My patterns are easy to read and are often based on simple shapes and techniques that minimize complicated finishing. The majority of my patterns are accessories so sizing is often not critical. My love of texture and color shows up in my ability to mix yarns and to match yarns to particular styles.
