My daughter Chloe inspired me to design this little dress. It is an easy knit with a picot hem, puffed sleeves and shirring in the bodice to resemble smocking. The neck and sleeves are finished with a dainty I-cord and the full skirt is patterned in a simple seeding stitch. A buttoned placket in the back makes it easy to get over your little one's head. Even better: it is seamless! Photos are included of certain techniques.
