Pattern Description:

There is a real Baby Leo. He was born with a rare condition called Mowat-Wilson Syndrome. He also has heart defects and part of his brain is missing. He had his first heart operation at only 2 days old, and his young parents were put in touch with the East Anglian Children's Hospices (EACH). They have since been with the family every step of the way, helping him with his development and motor skills. In the words of Leo's mummy "EACH are there for advice, help, comfort and anything else we need. They are a Godsend."
Leo is a happy baby despite all his problems. He loves monkeys so there was really only one design I could create!
This cheeky little onesie has been written out row by row, making it ideal for novice knitters. There is also a beanie hat with monkey ears and pull-on bootees.
For every Baby Leo pattern sold I will donate GBP 2.00 to EACH so they can continue to help babies like Leo and their families.

All of my patterns can be used for real babies too. I hope my designs bring you as much pleasure as they ...
