Pattern Description:

This beautiful and very easy knitting pattern for a Baby Boy Stripe Cardigan is perfect for a newborn baby boy or toddler. The knitting pattern is written for three sizes. To fit ages
0-3m, 3-6m, 6-12m.
Chest sizes 18[20:22] inches. 45.5[50.5:56] cm.
Knit in garter stitch and stocking stitch. Very quick to knit, requiring a very small quantity of yarn. Just 100 grams of Blue and 100 grams of Cream Baby Soft DK.
The pattern can easily be adapted for a baby girl by altering the side the button band sits and knitting in Pink and Cream ♥

Gauge:

22sts and 30 rows to 10cm. 4in over stocking stitch, using 4mm knitting needles or the size rquired to give the correct tension.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • To fit Age: 0-3m:3-6m:6-12m
  • Chest Size: 18[20:22] inches. 45.5[50.5:56] cm

  • Baby DK Yarn: Blue:100 grams. Cream: 100 grams
  • 1 pair 3.25mm (UK10-USA3) Knitting Needles.
  • 1 pair 4mm (UK8-USA6) Knitting Needles
  • 4 Buttons
  • 1 stitch holder
