Skill Level:

small skill level requirement Beginner

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knit, purl, basic increases and decreases, bind off, put a sweater together

Pattern Description:

Amy B. was inspired by and named for a good knitting friend who was looking for an interesting cardigan to knit that would keep her attention without causing a lot of stress!
The result was a sweater with vertical bands of a textured stitch surrounded by stockinette. Your brain can loaf on the stockinette sections and be mildly engaged for the patterned sections.
The real Amy is just finishing her sweater and it looks great. We hope you will enjoy knitting your version of Amy B. as much as she did.
