Pattern Description:

Instructions for a baby or reborn doll's unisex lacy cardigan and beanie hat in either 4ply or DK yarn depending on size. It is ideal for the cooler summer evenings. This set will fit either babies 2.5lb -0/3 months or 21-22 inch reborns, 19-20 inch reborns, 17-18 inch reborns or a 15-16" reborns. You will need 100g 4ply or double knitting yarn in main colour, 50g contrast colour, either 2.75mm, 3.25, 3.75mm and 4mm needles, and 3 buttons.

This pattern has been designed by myself so it is in UK terminology. It does not follow the usual 'shop bought' format., and is in multi-sized. There are 4 printed pages with clear and easy to follow instructions. All my patterns are tested by independent knitters before they are released, so every effort is made so that they come to you error free.

Although my patterns are strictly protected by copyright, which I ask you to respect, I am more than happy for any items made from my patterns to be sold.


4ply = a standard tension of 28sts and 36 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch on 3.25mm needles.

DK= a standard tension of 22sts and 28 rows to 10cm square over stocking stitch on 4mm needles.

  • Prem Baby from 2.5lb through to 3 months or 15-22" Reborn Dolls
