I first learned to knit when I was about 15 years old and my sister bought me knitting needles for Christmas. I have been knitting on and off since that time, but really got back into it shortly before my son was born. I had dreams of being able to work at home and raise my children, so I threw myself into something I love, knitting, to make that happen. I have always loved trying new things and designing, but since knitting helped me to achieve my goal of staying home with my little one, I have found an even deeper respect and passion for it than I ever imagined possible. I love creating, coming up with new ideas, and turning them into real, tangible items. Every one of my patterns is designed with love and I hope you will love them as much as I do!
Check me out on Facebook where I offer pattern testing opportunities, chances to win my patterns, and a little knitting community!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you found a pattern you can't live without <3

Ever wonder how to start on making some of your own designs, but worry that you might not make them the correct size? Ever wish for a pattern that you could use with any yarn and any needles and end up with the item you're hoping for? Then this is the tutorial for you!
This tutorial walks you step by step through how to make a basic beanie and pants set with ANY size yarn or needle. It addresses gauge and how to use it to get the size you are looking for, includes size charts for both hat sizes (all sizes Newborn through Adult Male) and pants sizes (All sizes Newborn through 1-3 Years), and shows you how to use equations hand-in-hand with your knitting.
This tutorial does require some basic math, but all of the equations you may need are lined out for you and explained in-depth. This is the perfect place to start understanding how to design on your own and to acquire some of the tools you'll need to do so!
This is a beginner level pattern, but does require the skills to knit in the round. I am always available to answer any questions you may have. You can contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
