Pattern Description:

This is a modified version of Entrelac Made Easy (available as a free download on Craftsy) using worsted weight yarn and two colors. Knit in the round, no side triangles are used. Step by step instructions guide you through the cast on, knitting base triangles, constructing right and left leaning rectangles, and finishing with a top triangle bind off. Designed with first-time Entrelac knitters in mind, I have even included a link to a tutorial on picking up stitches.

Gauge:

18 st/32 r = 4" (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch

Materials:

  • US 6 (4.0 mm) 24" circular
  • Tapestry Needle
  • 150 yds ea of two different color yarns
  • Marker

Suggested yarn:

300 yards of Worsted weight
