Pattern Description:

This cowl was inspired by a geometric floor tile pattern. Combine it with a yarn with long color repeats for a truly inspirational accessory.

The cowl begins with a provisional cast on and a hemmed edge. The pattern includes a photo tutorial for sewing down live stitches to finish the cowl off.

Gauge:

34 stitches and 40 rows = 4 in./10 cm in stranded colorwork pattern

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Circumference: 20 in./51 cm
  • Length: 6.5 in./16.5 cm

Materials:

  • Approx. 50 g of two colors of light fingering weight yarn
  • US 1 (2.25) and US 2 (2.75) needles
