Pattern Description:

This is a simple lace pattern shawl made in a super warm merino yarn. It is a traditional triangular shawl knitted from the nape of the neck downwards, increasing on alternate rows. If you have never used this construction there are some notes in the pattern to help you. The sample is made using The Natural Dye Studio Godiva Dk/Worsted yarn which is 100% merino. The colour is Allstar. The finished size is approximately 180cm by 85cm after rigorous blocking. Please note that the price of this pattern will increase to $5 on 1st September, to be consistent with prices on other wesbites.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • approx 180cm by 85cm when blocked


  • approx 440m of dk or worsted yarn
  • 5mm needles
