Pattern Description:

I originally made this for my sister-in-law, Amy, as a Christmas present. She was the inspiration for the name, the colour, and the odd buttons. It's also Amy in the photographs, wearing her own (green) Amy Cowl!
A super simple button up cowl with six buttons. Add odd or matching buttons, depending on your style.

Gauge:

15sts / 20 rows = 4 inches (Stocking Stitch)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Approx 19.5 inches in length

Materials:

  • 150g - 200g Magnum Lightweight Chunky or substitute 12 ply yarn
  • 1 pair size 6mm needles
  • Six buttons (odd or matching)

You Will Also Need:

  • 1 yarn needle
