Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit, purl, k2tog, k2tog tbl, m1, kfb

Pattern Description:

Fingerless mitts are supremely functional and these are no exception. With a long length and loose fit, they can pull all the way to the elbows or scrunch to the wrists for stylish and warm coverage. The mitts are simple to knit with enough textural detail to keep the attention of the knitter but the unique look won't be evident until the final stitches have been knit.


30 sts x 42 rows = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette stitch on size US 3 (3.25 mm) needles

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size fits most, 9" (23 cm) elbow circumference x 21" (53.5 cm) length laying flat

Suggested yarn:

440 yards of Fingering weight
