Pattern Description:

Tango is a rhythmic dance of two-color cables, created by combining intarsia and stranding techniques. Show off your flamboyant style with two contrasting colors. Or blend the twists of the cable with similar colors. Pattern includes chart for two-color cable as well as written instructions.

Gauge:

18 1/2 sts and 25 rows = 4" in stockinette stitch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Length 20 1/2"
  • Width 4"

Materials:

  • worsted weight in two colors; 75 yards of each color
  • U.S. 7 straight needles

You Will Also Need:

  • cable needle
  • 2 - 5/8" (16mm) buttons
  • sewing needle and thread to match yarn color(s)
  • Optional: Crochet hook size "H" for edging
