The Sweetwater Bag knits up quickly using two strands of worsted weight yarn held together. The felted fabric is thick, soft and sturdy so you can use your bag everyday not just on special occasions. The bag is knit in the round with very little seaming. Customize your bag with either felted handles or leather handles. You can also add metal snaps to make your leather straps removable so you can make the bag in several colors and only have to buy one pair of straps!! The snaps also make your bag washable since you can remove the straps.
Your pattern purchase also includes a tutorial on how to line this bag with fabric. Just email me after your purchase the pattern (me email is in the pattern) and I will send you the pdf file for the tutorial via email.
Your pattern purchase also includes support, if you ever have a question about the pattern, felting or making the lining, just send me an email and I'll be happy to answer them!! I love to talk knitting :)

My passion is creating knitting patterns that I can share with other knitters. I love the coziness, texture and visual design of knitted fabric. If I could cover everything in the house with knitting I would, and I'm workin' on it! My husband and two teenage boys are wonderfully supportive of my knitting habit and thankfully don't mind living among lots of yarn balls and knitting books. Patterns for knitted lampshade covers, lovely throws, knitted pillow covers and of course knitted curtains are all in the works so check out my projects as I work on them and then my patterns shop to try them out yourself!
All the patterns I sell in my shop come with pattern support. Just send me an email (included in pattern) or post a comment and I'll be happy to answer any questions you have, I love to talk knitting:)
