Pattern Description:

Circle your shoulders in a soft glow of color. Sunset Wrap is knitted with a slow striping yarn in a textured beaded lace pattern stitch reminiscent of the hues of backlit clouds along the horizon of a beautiful sunset over a glacial lake.

This infinity wrap is knit circularly as a large tube with lace eyelets worked on 5 of the 6 pattern rounds. If you have not knit lace where there is lace patterning every row, the Sunset Wrap is a good introduction. And even if you have, you'll enjoy how relaxing and fun this project is.

Because Sunset Wrap is pleasingly reversible, you can wear it in a variety of ways.

Gauge:

24 stitches and 32 rounds = 4" over blocked stitch pattern (approx 5 stitches per inch over stockinette)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

40" circumference by 16". guidance for adjusting the size is included in the project instructions.

385 yards fingering weight
200 size 6/0 (4 mm diameter) glass seed beads (approx 17g)
Size US 6 /4 mm circular needle recommended
