Pattern Description:

A spectacular Beanie style hat knitted using rainbow self striping yarn.
A fun way to stay warm this winter!
This knit and felt beanie hat is knitted seamlessly using double ended needles.
The fantastic Grundl Spectra yarn will create wonderful random stripes as you knit.
The beanie is felted by simply washing!!
The pure wool fibers shrink and matt into felt just like a washday sweater disaster!

you will need to use a pure handwash only yarn in order for it to felt.

SUITABLE FOR- Confident beginners or Intermediate knitters.
This pattern uses circular knitting- I Have created a 2 needle version "Simple Felted Beanie Hat" if you would prefer to knit your hat using stocking stitch and a single seam

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Felted Size (Adults) Small 50 - 54cm Medium 55 - 59cm Large 60 - 65cm Hats can be adjusted to fit

Materials:

  • 5 x 8mm (UK 0 /US 11) double ended needles 40cm cable needle (optional)

You Will Also Need:

  • Yardage:- Small 1 x 100gm ball spectra (100m Filzwolle) Medium /Large 2 x 100gm ball spectra (200m Filzwolle)

Suggested yarn:

200 meters of Worsted weight
