Pattern Description:

A reversible hat that can be worn cable-side out, shown in Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Aurora Heather (green), or "squiggles" side out side, shown in Cascade 220 Fuchsia (pink).

Gauge:

24 sts and 30 rnds = 4"/10cm in cable pattern, unstretched, on larger needles

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Circumference: 19"/48cm; stretches to 22"/55cm
  • Height: 8"/20cm

Materials:

  • 1 16" US 6/4mm circular needle for ribbed band
  • 1 16" US 7/4.5mm circular needle for body
  • 1 set US 7/4.5mm DPNs for center of crown

You Will Also Need:

  • Cable needle (or use one of the DPNs)
  • Stitch markers
  • Yarn needle

Suggested yarn:

150 yards of Worsted weight
