Pattern Description:
Designed by myself, these original booties are some of the cutest things I've ever made. Not only are they adorable, but they fit great. They are designed to be stretchy and very comfortable. PERFECT for baby showers or a "welcome" gift for newborns. Looks great in traditional sock monkey colors, or try different color combos to make them even more unique!
Includes instructions for the following sizes: 0-3 months, 6 months, 12 months
Suggested yarns: Anything worsted weight. These are knit FLAT! =)
Full color PDF pattern file will be available for download. Includes photos and row by row stitch counts.
Gauge:
GAUGE: approx 28 sts + 24 rows per 4 inches. (K1, P1 ribbing)

This pattern was super easy to follow if you have a little knitting knowledge. Worked up very fast. Very happy with the finished product. I've already sold two pair the first day they were posted. :))

I own this pattern and it doesn't have the errors you refer to. The rows are numbered correctly and the cuff ends with Color B. You should download the revised copy.

not a good pattern April 6, 2013
retired04758478The pattern was not correct and missing rows. For instance when switching to color B for the toe of booties, row 1 and 2 were missing in the instructions. I assumed row 1 was knit and row 2 was purl. Then all of the rows after that were wrong. If you followed the pattern you ended up with too many sts. at the end. Also for the cuff the last row of color B was not even on the pattern, it says to bind off after color C when clearly the picture shows two rows of color B after color C. I think ...

My mother taught me how to do both right about the time I started Kindergarten. And here I am 40 years later, designing my own patterns. Although I still do buy quite a few from fellow designers!
