Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit
  • purl
  • knit in the round (optional)
  • can be knit flat to make it even easier
  • basic crochet

Pattern Description:

Get knitting right away with this easy and beautiful ear warmer pattern!
Super quick and fun.
You will be able complete this project in under 2 hours.
Use up remnants of wool and cotton and turn them into lovely winter accessories for your precious ones.
Comes in six sizes to fit: newborn,0-3 months,3-6 months,6-12 months,12-24 months,2-5 years.
Pattern is easily adjusted for adult sizes.

Comes with instructions for three different crochet snowflake designs that are interchangeable as you button them on and off the ear warmer.

All you need is some remnants of wool and cotton,a crochet hook and knitting needles in size 2.5mm or US1.
You can knit the ear warmer in the round or flat as you desire.


30 st and 42 rows make 10 cm or 4 inch square

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Newborn,0-3months,3-6 months,6-12 months,12-24 months,2-5 years
  • pattern is easily adjusted to fit adults


  • 25g 4 ply yarn of your choice
  • remnant 4 ply cotton yarn in white
  • knitting needles 2.5 mm or US1
  • crochet hook 2.5mm

  • darning needle
  • button of your choice, I used crystal button
