Pattern Description:

These adorable mittens feature a pretty snowflake pattern, garter ridge cuffs, and striped thumbs. Worked in a soft yarn with a reasonable amount of stretch, they will be wonderfully cozy.

The snowflake pattern is worked with the mitten held inside-out, so that the pattern stitch can be easily accomplished in the round. A variety of needle sizes are used to accomodate the gauges of the various stitches.

Gauge:

6 stitches = 1 inch in stockinette on 3.5 mm needles

small/medium; medium/large
