Welcome my first winter pattern for 2012!
I(tm)ve seen many beautiful argyle patterns and so I(tm)d loved to come up with such a pattern type myself.
The outcome is this snow argyle beanie with small snow crystal surrounded by the argyle pattern.
It has a corrugated ribbing and is using the two-color cast-on which is also described in the pattern.
I love the look!
And it(tm)s an easy pattern as only two colors are used.
It will also look great in other color combinations. And you could also do it in multicolor and black yarn as fake fair isle.
And the top is a beautiful winter star!
Notes for bigger sizes are included.
Enjoy and happy knitting!
Knitting gauge in stranded pattern: 1 x 1 inch: 8 stitches and 9 rows (2 x 2 cm: 6 stitches and 7
rows).
230 yards of Fingering weight
