Pattern Description:
A sleepy snake to wrap around your neck - don't worry, he's really friendly!
Long enough for an adult as well as a child (but not suitable for children 3 year old and under).
Looks great in all sorts of colours.
Gauge:
18 sts, 34 rows on 4.5 mm (US 7) needles in garter
stitch (knit every row) and 8 ply/DK yarn = 10 cm
square.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Approx 80 cm long from nose to tail, 13 cms wide at body.
Materials:
- 8 ply yarn / DK yarn: main colour x 25 gms, for head and tail first contrast colour x 25 gms, for body stripe second contrast colour x 25 gms, for body stripe
- 1 pr 4.5 mm (US 7) (US 7) needles
- 2 double pointed needles size 3.75 or 3.5 mm
You Will Also Need:
- a pair of 18 mm sew-on "joggle" eyes (unsafe for children 3 yrs and under)
