As radio waves bounce off the ionosphere and return to Earth, a skywave layer envelopes the planet.
Skywave requires approximately 400 meters of fingering weight yarn. The shawl can be enlarged by adding additional repeats. Use needle size that gives you a nice lacy effect. You may find a cable needle and stitch markers useful.
