Pattern Description:

This is a easy hat to knit up in the round. Good for a colour-work beginner.
It reminds me of a hat you would take to the slopes with retro style. When I was little, my dad used to watch a programme every Sunday called Ski Sunday - hence the name.


20 sts / 26 rows = 4 inches in st st

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One Size
  • Fits Adult size 20 - 25 inch head


  • Approx 50g Stylecraft Special Aran in Cream
  • 4 separate coloured scraps of Aran yarn
  • 1 Size 5mm circular needle
  • Size 5mm DPN's

You Will Also Need:

  • 1 stitch marker
  • 1 yarn needle

Suggested yarn:

250 yards of Worsted weight

Preferred Brand/Yarn:

Stylecraft Special Aran


Cream plus 4 different coloured scraps
