I have not been able to find the pattern instructions either. Too bad, too. As this shawl would have given me the incentive to pick my needles up and my key board down... :-(

I've just finished knitting this beautiful shawl, but i'm having problem with the blocking part. I can't seem to get it this stretch and "pointy". Any tips?

If you dampen it slightly, and lay it across a flat surface you can push pins into, you can put it to the shape you want. You need to put the straight pins fairly close together to create the shape you want. Allow it to dry completely.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
