Pattern Description:

Seegras is a cowl that drapes around the neck very naturally and knits up quickly. The fringed border resembles the form of seaweed, that is what Seegras means in my native language, German.

The main part is knit in rows. The stitches for the border are then picked up along the longer edge and the border is knit in rows perpendicular to the rows of the main part. Finally the cast-on edge is sewn together with the bind-off edge. You may add a twist when sewing the edges together.
