Pattern Description:
Knit from the neck outward in a half-circular shape out of Savannah, this lightweight and beautiful shawl is finished with a knit-on lace border after the body of the shawl is complete.
Gauge:
17 sts and 34 rows = 4" in Garter Stitch on 4.5 mm needles after blocking.
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 46" wide across base, 17" deep at widest point.
Materials:
- The Fibre Company Savannah DK, 50% Wool, 20% Cotton, 15% Linen + 15% Soya. 160yds/50gms per skein. Pink Grapefruit, 3 skeins
You Will Also Need:
- 1 - 36" 4.5 mm (US 7) circular needle, and set dpns, or needle size to obtain gauge.
- Crochet hook
- Smooth waste yarn of compatible gauge
- Darning needle
