Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Knitting in the round
  • Yarn forward
  • Cast on
  • Bind off
  • Slipping stitches
  • M1R: With left needle, lift strand between needles from back to front. Knit lifted loop through the front.
  • M1L: With left needle, lift strand between needles from front to back. Knit lifted loop through the back.

Pattern Description:

Knit in the round these slightly textured fingerless mittens
require no seaming and work up quickly. Wool makes them super warm and cozy and the fingerless design is not only functional but also fashionable. They make a great last minute gift and are the perfect fall accessory.

Finished Dimensions:
Length: 7.5 inches
Circumference: approx. 8 inches
One size fits most.

Gauge:

14 stitches = 4 inches in stockinette
