Pattern Description:

This is one of my favorite designs, a double ruffle neck warmer embellished with a crocheted flower. The neck warmer is buttoned through the flower for a very cute effect.

The scarf is appropriate for a knitter with average skills or an adventurous beginner.

Basic crochet skills are also needed to make the rose embellishment.
