Featuring bell ruffles at wrist and fingertips, these mittens will keep your hands warm and fashionable fall, winter and spring. They are fun and quick to knit in an evening or three.
The pattern is Number 2 in a series of Loving Hands mitten patterns created to support the mission of Harmony Hill Retreat Center. I was very fortunate to be the recipient of much love, support and teaching at one of their free cancer retreats. and was inspired to find a way to help support them in their mission.
I hope you enjoy making these as much as I did!
Stockinette stitch on size 5 dp - 22 sts and 32 rows = 4 inches.
with size 6 dp: 20 sts and 30 rows = 4 inches.

I cannot resist a ball of alpaca, silk or cashmere. I used to be a mostly recreational knitter but recently discovered the joys and tears of designing my own patterns. My first projects will be patterns and loving hands mittens to support my favorite charities.
