Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Work in the round
  • Work lace from written or charted instructions
  • Cast on / Bind off

Pattern Description:

Rosalie is a very feminine lace tam with a strong vintage feel.

It is worked from the brim up in a allover simple lace pattern and has both charted and written instructions. Rosalie makes a very nice gift, and is a pleasure to knit with the softest 100% baby alpaca yarn.

Pattern is both written and charted, for every knitter's preference.


20 sts over 24 rows blocked in lace pattern over 4 inches square

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Measurements: 18 (19, 20)" brim circumference


  • 2 balls of Knitpicks Andean Treasure (sport weight, 100% baby alpaca, 110 yds per 50 gr balls)

You Will Also Need:

  • Set of dpns US size 3 (3.25mm) OR circular needle 29 inches or longer
  • Set of dpns US size 4 (3.5mm) OR circular needle 29 inches or longer
  • Tapestry needle
  • 1 stitch marker
