Beginning in a K2, P2 ribbing and cleverly decreasing to a K1,P1 ribbing at the top, this hat is nice and warm, snug and sturdy!
Psstt... It's also Simple & quick! Perfect for beginners!
And, we've given you the instructions for children through adults! Get ready to knit one in every size!
Gauge:
Approx 4.5 sts/inch in K2, P2 ribbing, slightly stretched. (This means, you should knit a gauge in the K2, P2 ribbing, stretch it just a little and measure your sts/inch.)
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Finished Size: Childs Small (17") , Medium (18") & Large (19") Adult Small (20"), Medium (21") & Large (22")
Materials:
- Yarn: Approx 75-200 yards of worsted weight yarn, depending on size
- Needles: Size 7 16" circular needle, Set of size 7 double points or size needed for gauge!

- Tapestry needle for finishing, marker
