Basic Skills Necessary:

  • knit
  • purl
  • cast on
  • cast off
  • slip, slip, knit (ssk)
  • knit 2 together (K2tog)
  • make 1 (m1)
  • pick up stitches (PU)
  • chain stitch (ch)

Pattern Description:

These fingerless gloves are perfect for outdoor activities that require a little manual dexterity, like taking pictures or using binoculars. They have a mitten top that can flap up over the fingers if the weather gets chilly. They're knit using sock-weight yarn on double-pointed needles.


7.5 stitches/inch in stockinette
