This basic cosy pattern will fit either an ipod touch, iphone, or a mobile phone that is approx 11cm by 6cm.
I have embroidered on my samples, but you could also knit stripes, or customise your cosy in your own individual way. Embroidery Corner on my blog will give you some advice on stitches you could use.
What I like about the pattern is that I have used a stretchy cast on technique, which makes the top easy to get your phone in and out, but also keeps it nice and safe. The bottom of the cosy is grafted, so it has a lovely smooth finish. The pattern contains links to photo tutorials on my blog if you need help with either of these techniques.
A few of my cosies are for sale in my Etsy Shop, and there are some more on the way.

I have always liked making things, and although I have been knitting a lot recently, I also like sewing and other crafts.
I live on the outskirts of London, and work part-time at a local school, and have partly got back into making things because my children are always doing something creative. At school I love the days when we get really messy.
