Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Cast-on
  • knit
  • purl
  • slip slip knit
  • knit through the back loop
  • knit 2 stitches together
  • yarn over
  • slip 1 stitch
  • knit wise
  • bind-off

Pattern Description:

At the end of summer, when the temperatures becomes cooler, I want to wear a scarf just to warm a little my neck and my shoulder. I thought that a little lace would be perfect for this purpose.

I made mine with a blend wool : 60 % Merino and 40 % Alpaca


When blocked : 20 sts = 4 inches (10 cm)

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • When blocked :
  • Length : 74 inches (188 cm)
  • Width : 8.5 inches (21,5 cm)


  • 436 yards (399 m) of DK / 8 ply (11wpi) of wool
  • 2 needles of size US 8 (4,0 mm)
