Pattern Description:

Take a meandering walk in the woods wearing this gorgeous cowl and you won't mind a wee nip in the air. Spend some time digging through your button stash (you know you have one!) and add another level of "wow" to this cowl.

Gauge:

22 stitches = 4"/10 cm in garter stitch OR stockinette stitch, after blocking.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size fits most. Circumference when buttoned: 22"/56 cm. Height: 9"/23 cm. Measured after blocking.

Materials:

  • Approximately 225 yards/206 meters sport-weight yarn.
  • US #5/3.75mm (or size to get gauge) for working flat.

  • tapestry needle
  • Five 3⁄4" buttons
