Pattern Description:

This reversible, cabled cowl is destined to become a wardrobe staple. After all, who doesn't want a timeless accessory that's light enough to wear almost year-round (at least in the Pacific Northwest)? Made with lace-weight yarn, the little waves, or ondelettes, create a cozy fabric you'll want to wrap around your neck and never take off. Just be warned, your friends will want one too!

Gauge:

28 sts & 21 rows = 4 inches/10 cm in stockinette stitch

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size fits most. Two loop version: 50" circumference. One loop version: 20" circumference.

Materials:

  • US #3/3.25mm needle of your choice, or size to get gauge, and an additional US#3/3.25mm needle to pick up provisionally cast on edge
