Pattern Description:

Stripes and buttons! What could be better? Lots and lots of stripes, going in different directions, in lots of different combinations, in two striking colors!

Designed to show off the beautiful colors of Neighborhood Fiber Co.'s Studio Worsted, this modular knit is a great easy colorwork project that never gets boring or repetitive.

Uses about 450 yards evenly divided into 2 colors.

Gauge:

18 stitches and 32 rows to 4" in Garter Stitch. Differences in gauge will impact the finished size of the neckwarmer and the yardage used, but are not crucial to fit

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • One size - 9 inches wide by 45 inches long

Materials:

  • 450 yards worsted weight yarn evenly divided between 2 colors
  • US9/5.5mm circular needle (used as straight needles) with at least a 24" cable to accommodate all the stitches when working the side edging

You Will Also Need:

  • 6 buttons, each measuring 1" in diameter
  • tapestry needle
