Basic Skills Necessary:

  • cross stitches

Pattern Description:

This cowl pattern is based on my love of wrought iron fencing, my new found interest of Game of Thrones Ironborn's saying "What is dead can never die" (meaning iron) and my curiosity of steampunk. Metallurgy is an unisex design that would look great for everyday apparel, as an homage to the Ironborn, or as an essential element of a winterized steampunk outfit. Enjoy the warmth!

I'm a knitwear designer living in the beautiful East Coast province of New Brunswick, Canada. I started knitting as a small child and the thrill of creating with sticks and string still has the power to make me forget laundry and such chores. When not in my studio, you can find me petting skeins at my local yarn shop.
