Inspired by the silkiness of the yarn and a lace pattern reminiscing of diamonds and sea foam, Maighdean Mhara means Maiden of The Sea, and it honors a beautiful yarn.

The shawl has arrow shaped ends (easy to CO, easy to BO!)


19 sts / 23 rows in pattern = 4″ / 10cm


  • Laceweight yarn, such as Anzula Mermaid, 60% Plant fiber, 40% Silk, 700 yards / 640m per 115 grams.
