Pattern Description:
Inspired by the charm of the 1920’s Cloche as well as a photo of my Grandmother in her “Flapper” attire, this hat has been knitted in a soft 100% Alpaca yarn from a local Arizona Alpaca Farm.
Created using a simple cable pattern and finished off with a seed stitch band,this hat gives any wearer a 1920’s flair with vintage charm.
Gauge:
10 stitches and 12 rows = 2 inches in Stockinette
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Please note that this pattern is very “giving” and measures 21” in diameter.
Materials:
- 130 yards (119 m) Worsted Weight Yarn
You Will Also Need:
- US 8 circular needle 16"
- One set of size US 8 DPNs
