Pattern Description:

Having your heart on a string denotes the deepest feelings of love or sympathy. May your own heartstrings be tugged on, but never broken.

Little Love is a heart-shaped shawl. The large sections of reverse stockinette are made to work well with variegated or tonal yarns. Having the option of adding more hearts, the shawl is also adjustable in size.

My shawl used 2 skeins Lorna(tm)s Laces Shepherd Sport Multi in Red Rover 100% Wool, 200yd/183m per 70g on 3.5 mm (US 4) needles.
Blocked size is 155 x 40 cm ( 61 x 16 inches). Gauge: 19 stitches = 10 cm in stockinette.

Wool4willows shawl used 1 skein Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light in Mulled Wine 100% merino, 420 yd/384 m per 100g on 4 mm (US 6) needles.
Blocked size is 144 x 46 cm (56 x 18 inches). Gauge: 20 stitches = 10 cm in stockinette.

Both these shawls used almost all the yarn reported, having an extra skein is recommended.
