Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Cast on
  • Knit
  • Purl
  • I-cord
  • Knit on double point needles
  • Pick up sts
  • Bind off
  • K2tog
  • Ssk

Pattern Description:

1 hank Pagewood Farm, Yukon (70% superwash merino wool, 20% bamboo, 10% nylon, 450 yards), shown in pink.

Approximately 100 yards of fingering weight yarn will work.


29 stitches and 36 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch in the round

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 0-6 months


  • Size 2 U.S. (2.75 mm) double point needles

You Will Also Need:

  • One locking stitch marker
  • 6 silk or rayon rosettes 1⁄4" in diameter
