Pattern Description:

Reminiscent of the roaring 20s, Lillian is an easy to knit beret with just the right amount of slouch. An option for a slouchier beret is also given if that better suits your fancy.

Gauge:

22 sts and 30 rows = 4"/10 cm in St st with US size 5 (3.75 mm) ndls
1.25" = rib band width on US 3 (3.25 mm) ndls

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Band circumference: 16 (18, 20)"

  • Berroco Ultra Alpaca Light (50% Super Fine Alpaca/50% Peruvian Wool, 50g/1.75oz, 144yds/133m), 2 skeins #4288, Blueberry Mix
  • One pair US size 3 (3.25 mm) needles
  • One US size 5 (3.75 mm) 16" circular needle or size to obtain correct gauge
  • One set US size 5 (3.75 mm) dpn
