Basic Skills Necessary:

  • do stranded knitting with at most two colors in one round

Pattern Description:

I got a pattern request for a Lhasa Apso beanie.
So here it is.

There are two different Lhasa Apso charts included in the pattern.
I decided for the one where the fur goes over the eyes
And there are two different border patterns (bones and paws) included. You can vary them, use only one of them or use both.

It has a two-colored ribbing, followed by the dog paw border pattern.
Then comes the Lhasa Apso and above a bone border pattern.
Otherwise the beanie is plain-colored.

The decreases are easy.
As there are at most two colors in one round this beanie is also suitable for stranded knitting beginners.

It is completely knitted in 4-ply sock yarn but you can also use Acrylic or Merino yarn of similar weight.

Enjoy and happy knitting.
