Love twisted stitches? This sock is full of 'em! Left and right twists travel down the leg then cross to the top of the foot and end at the toe. The flap heel is a twisted utopia too. Wide ribbing makes the sock stretchy and accommodating. These fit my size 9 foot perfectly. You can add or subtract repeats on the foot to adjust length, go up or down a needle size to adjust width.
The instructions are written for this pattern, with a 10 row repeat down the top of the foot. You'll need to know how to knit, purl, knit through the back loop, knit front and back, knit two together, purl two together and Kitchener--pretty basic sock stuff.
You'll need a set of US 2 (2.75mm) DPN's a stitch marker, a yarn needle for grafting the toe and a skein of your favorite sock yarn.
8 stitches and 11 rows = 1 inch

I'm a knitting fool that's branching out into designing. I love playing with color and texture and want to create patterns that spread the joy of playing with string!
