Pattern Description:
Lee Ann was inspired by the wonderful yarn produced by our friend Lee Ann King. The original model was made of 100% alpaca but any very soft light worsted weight yarn would work. The lace pattern is not difficult and works up fairly quickly in both the cowl and the fingerless mitts. This set makes a great gift or indulge yourself!
Gauge:
5 sts/1" in stockinette
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Buttoned Cowl:One size - Adult
- FINISHED LENGTH AND WIDTH: 10.25" wide, 38" long after light blocking
- Fingerless Mitts:Small (Medium, Large) circumference 7.5 (8, 9)", length 9.5 (10, 10.5)"
Materials:
- Buttoned Cowl:280 yds light worsted weight yarn
- #7 needles or size needed to get gauge
- Fingerless Mitts:130 (145, 165)yds light worsted weight yarn
- #7 double pointed needles (set of 5)
- Ring markers
