Pattern Description:
This is a quick and easy textured hat that is a variation of the Dude Hat. This hat features an alternating rib that has a slight basket weave look to it. Nothing fancy going on here! Just a simple hat suitable for guys with big heads and cold ears!
Materials:
- Size 7 (4.5 mm) circular needles of DPNs
- 1 skein of Malabrigo Rios in Candombe (or any other worsted weight yarn)

Well, I am a 23 year old avid knitter. I am currently working on my pharmacy degree which lends itself to stress knitting quite well.
The majority of my knits are hats, but I have also knit scarves, shawls, cowls, gloves, socks, toys, and one or two blankets. I haven’t knit a grown up, fitted garment yet, but I maybe I’ll tackle that when I graduate an eternity from now.
