Pattern Description:
I wanted something pretty and lacy to frame the face.
This Cowl is knit on straight needles then sewn
to create a tube. It can be worn around the head
using either edge to frame the face. DK weight
yarn is used with a larger size needle for a looser
fabric.
Gauge:
18 sts/ 4 inches in stockinette stitch.
Materials:
- DK weight recommended.
- Sample shown uses Zealana-eco, Double Knit 8 ply, 80% merino, 20% alpaca, 140 yds/ 50 gr 2 balls of Storm Grey
- Straight needles in size US6 - 9 depending on gauge.
