Quick question for you! When it comes to sewing on the buttons, did you use thread or the yarn?

For these buttons, I used thread. If I have big buttons, I prefer to use the same yarn as the project.

Awesome, thanks. I'd read something on a tutorial about sewing buttons onto hand knits that if you use thread, it can sometimes end up cutting through the yarn as people use the buttons, so I just wanted to double-check on that.

Hi I have a question don't understand where the buttonholes go do you knit the first section1-8 rows then do the buttonhole section rows1-6 then repeat rows 1-8 then again the buttonhole rows1-6 and so on until you do the total of 10 buttonholes? Then just continue knitting following rows 1-8 until desired length? Thank you in advance!

Hi, You make the buttonholes after the row 8. You knit the row 1 and 2 as usually. The buttonholes are made in row 3. After, you knit the rows 4, 5, 6 and 7 as usually and you BO. The buttonholes are in each section. You can look on photos. If you have other questions, please contact me again. :)
